April Meeting and Dinner:
Carrier Re-alignment 2016/2017
Speaker will be Mr. Hugh Morley who has replaced our friend Joe Bonney as the representative for
the Journal of Commerce (JOC) in the NY area.
Hugh will provide a broad review of the various bankruptcies, mergers, acquisitions, and new VSA alliances that took place in 2016 and continue into 2017. It is hard now to tell the players without a scorecard. Who is with whom...and on what trades ? Who has purchased whom ? He will even touch on the new SM Lines out of Korea "replacing" the defunct Hanjin operations.
